Independent contractor · commission only

In-home and virtual consultations with homeowners who booked an appointment. You run the appointment, price the job, and close it. Appointments are provided — this is not a cold-calling seat.

15–25% of contract value, uncapped. Contracts typically run $12,000–$45,000. No base salary, no draw — first year typically $85K–$170K.

Two or more years closing in-home or high-value B2C sales
Valid Ontario G licence and a reliable vehicle for in-home appointments
Available for evening appointments, when homeowners are actually home

$120K – $220Kper year, experienced

Independent contractor · commission only

Sell residential solar and energy-efficiency retrofits, including work that qualifies for federal and provincial rebate programs. Longer cycle than home improvement, larger contracts.

15–20% of contract value plus rebate-processing bonuses, uncapped. Contracts typically run $18,000–$60,000. First year typically $75K–$150K.

Sales experience in solar, HVAC, energy, or another considered-purchase category
Comfortable explaining financing and rebate paperwork to a homeowner
Valid Ontario G licence

Employee · full-time

Residential furnace, heat pump and air conditioning installation and service. Day work, with a paid on-call rotation.

Rate depends on licence and years in the trade. Overtime at the ESA rate. Tools, van and uniform provided.

G2 or G3 gas licence, or 313A/313D refrigeration certification
Valid Ontario G licence and a clean abstract
Apprentices with a signed training agreement are encouraged to apply

The Ones That Matter

Is this employment or contract work?

The commission sales roles are independent contractor engagements. That has real consequences: no vacation pay, no statutory notice, and you handle your own income tax, CPP and HST registration. We put that in writing before you start rather than after. The trades roles listed as employee positions are employment under the Employment Standards Act, with everything that carries.

Do I have to buy leads or pay for training?

No. We do not charge for leads, training, CRM access or anything else, at any stage. If a recruiting offer ever asks you for money up front, that is a reason to walk away — from us or from anyone else.

How quickly do commissions get paid?

Commission is paid after the contract is signed and the customer deposit clears, on the schedule set out in your agreement. The exact timing is written into the contract you sign, not left to custom.

Can I really earn what this page says?

Top closers do. Those are real figures from real representatives, and they are not typical — most people should plan against the first-year range of $85K to $170K. There is no base salary, so someone who does not close does not earn. We publish both numbers because you deserve to plan against the honest one.

What if I have no Canadian work history?

We do not require Canadian experience. Credentials earned outside Canada are welcome, and we will tell you plainly which Ontario licences a role legally requires.

What happens to my information?

It goes into our recruiting system and is used to assess you for this role and, if you consent, for future roles. We do not sell it. You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — the privacy page explains how.
