Accessibility
Accommodation during hiring, and how to tell us when something on this site does not work for you.
Accommodation during recruitment
Accommodation is available on request at every stage of hiring, for applicants with disabilities and under any ground protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code. Tell us what you need and we will arrange it — you do not have to disclose a diagnosis.
In practice that means: if you need the application in another format, more time, an interpreter, a different interview format, or a physical adjustment at an in-person meeting, email apply@highticketclosers.ca and say so. We arrange it. We do not ask what your disability is, and asking for accommodation is not recorded against your application.
Hiring without artificial barriers
We do not require Canadian experience. Credentials earned outside Canada are welcome, and we will tell you plainly which Ontario licences a role legally requires.
We also do not screen on grounds protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code. Where a role has a genuine legal requirement — a gas licence, a driver’s licence, Working at Heights certification — it is named on the posting rather than implied.
This website
High Ticket Closers aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site is built to work with a keyboard alone, respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting, and does not rely on colour alone to carry meaning.
If something here blocks you — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, a form that will not submit — email apply@highticketclosers.ca with what you were trying to do. We will fix it and reply to you directly.
Accessible formats
On request we will provide this site’s content, our job postings and our contractor agreement in an accessible format or with communication supports, at no extra cost, as required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
